Cancellation Policy
At Lala’s Luxury Cleaning, we value our clients’ time as well as our team’s. To ensure fairness and consistency, we kindly ask that all clients review our cancellation policy below: Notice of Cancellation: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service. Notice should be provided by phone, text, or email located on the website. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Same-Day or No-Show If our cleaning team arrives and cannot access your home, or if service is canceled on the same day, the full service rate will be charged. Rescheduling We are happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time with proper notice. Frequent cancellations may affect recurring service discounts or priority scheduling. Holidays & Emergencies We understand that true emergencies and special circumstances happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you.
