Standard Cleaning Service: "Our Standard Clean is designed to maintain a beautifully clean home. It covers all living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and floors. Deep-detail items such as inside appliances, baseboards, and grout are available as add-on services." If you are needing a ONE TIME CLEAN, BI-WEEKLY CLEAN, OR MONTHLY CLEAN. WE CAN HELP!

  • Wipe top of accessible cabinets  

  • Cobwebs removed  

  • Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or wiped)  

  • Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)  

  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)  

  • Light switch plates (disinfected/sanitized)  

  • Dust removed from vents

  • Removing hard water stains, lime scale, rust, & soap scum

We bring all of our own supplies and equipment, so you can relax knowing we've got everything covered. We use non abrasive eco-friendly/pet friendly products, also safe for newborns and children. 

Standard Cleaning Service

Standard Cleaning Service: recurring service- weekly, bi-weekly, triweekly, or monthly services, your maintenance cleanings include the following:

Offices, lobby, conference rooms (daily cleaning)

Consulta Oficina

  • Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as needed. Remove trash to a collection point  

  • Vacuum carpeting  

  • Clean and polish drinking fountain/water cooler  

  • Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces, including desktops, files, windowsills, chairs, tables, pictures and all manner of furnishings  

  • Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces to remove coffee rings and spillage  

  • Dust telephones  

  • Dust mop hard surface floors with a treated dust mop  

  • Damp mop hard surface floors to remove any spillage from soiled areas  

  • Damp wipe entryway and clean fingerprints from entrance glass  

  • Inspect and pick up, as needed, building entrance area

Restrooms

  • Stock towels, tissues, and hand soap  

  • Empty sanitary napkin receptacles and wipe with a disinfectant  

  • Empty trash receptacles and wipe  

  • Clean and shine mirrors  

  • Wipe towel cabinet covers  

  • Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and sanitized inside and outside. Polish bright work  

  • Toilet seats to be cleaned on both sides using disinfectant  

  • Scour and sanitize all basins. Polish bright work  

  • Dust partitions, top of mirrors and frames  

  • Remove splash marks from walls around basins  

  • Mop and rinse restroom floors with a disinfectant

Lunch/Break Room

  • Clean and wipe tables and chairs

  • Damp wipe countertops to remove coffee rings and spillage

  • Spot clean cabinets and exterior of appliances to present a neat appearance

Scheduled Services: Weekly to Monthly

Weekly Cleaning

Offices, lobby, lunchroom, conference room, restroom:

  • Dust all vertical surfaces of desks, file cabinets, chairs, tables and other office furniture

  • Thoroughly vacuum all carpeting, making sure to get into all corners, along edges and beneath furniture

  • Buff hard surface floors if needed

  • Clean and sanitize all restroom toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and trash cans (remove trash to a collection point)

Monthly Cleaning

Offices, lobby, lunchroom, conference room, restroom:

  • Complete all high dusting

  • Remove fingerprints and marks from around light switches and doorframes

  • Vacuum all upholstered furniture

  • Damp wipe telephones using a disinfectant

  • Clean and sanitize all restroom toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors and trash cans (remove trash to a collection point)
