Your maintenance cleanings include the following:

Clean the countertops, appliances, & sink

Clean the outside of the oven & fridge

Empty wastebasket (emptied/wiped/relined)

Bathroom

Clean & organize the counters
All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)

Wipe down cabinets and drawers

Deep Cleaning/Detailed Service

Includes the Standard Cleaning list items cleaned by hand with a detailed emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:

Removing grease buildup
Cleaning vent hood
Wipe top of refrigerator
Wipe top of accessible cabinets
Cobwebs removed
Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or wiped)
Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
Light switch plates (disinfected/sanitized)
Dust removed from vents

Bathroom same as above plus

Removing hard water stains, lime scale, rust, & soap scum
Tackling mold & mildew
Dust removed from vents

Livingroom same as above plus

Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)

Move in / out Cleaning:

Designed for empty homes that need to be spotless for handoff: includes Deep cleaning service PLUS:

Sides & Back of stove (hand washed or wiped)
All Cabinets, Closets & Shelves hand washed inside & out.
Clean top of all cabinets
All Doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped)

A Standard Cleaning & Deep Cleaning Service Do not include cleaning inside of appliances but can be added as an Add-on Service for a Fee.

Office Cleaning

We bring all of our own supplies and equipment, so you can relax knowing we've got everything covered. We use non abrasive eco-friendly/pet friendly products, also safe for newborns and children.

Standard Cleaning Service

Standard Cleaning Service: recurring service- weekly, bi-weekly, triweekly, or monthly services, your maintenance cleanings include the following:

Offices, lobby, conference rooms (daily cleaning)

Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as needed. Remove trash to a collection point
Vacuum carpeting
Clean and polish drinking fountain/water cooler
Thoroughly dust all horizontal surfaces, including desktops, files, windowsills, chairs, tables, pictures and all manner of furnishings
Damp wipe all horizontal surfaces to remove coffee rings and spillage
Dust telephones
Dust mop hard surface floors with a treated dust mop
Damp mop hard surface floors to remove any spillage from soiled areas
Damp wipe entryway and clean fingerprints from entrance glass
Inspect and pick up, as needed, building entrance area

Restrooms

Stock towels, tissues, and hand soap
Empty sanitary napkin receptacles and wipe with a disinfectant
Empty trash receptacles and wipe
Clean and shine mirrors
Wipe towel cabinet covers
Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and sanitized inside and outside. Polish bright work
Toilet seats to be cleaned on both sides using disinfectant
Scour and sanitize all basins. Polish bright work
Dust partitions, top of mirrors and frames
Remove splash marks from walls around basins
Mop and rinse restroom floors with a disinfectant

Lunch/Break Room

All trash receptacles are to be emptied and trash removed to a collection point
Dust mop hard surface floors with a treated dust mop
Damp mop hard surface floors to remove spillage from soiled areas
Clean and wipe tables and chairs
Spot clean walls near trash receptacles
Clean fronts, tops, and sides of trash receptacles with a disinfectant
Clean and polish drinking fountain/water cooler
Damp wipe countertops to remove coffee rings and spillage
Clean and sanitize sink
Spot clean cabinets and exterior of appliances to present a neat appearance

Scheduled Services: Weekly to Monthly

Weekly Cleaning

Offices, lobby, lunchroom, conference room, restroom:

Dust all vertical surfaces of desks, file cabinets, chairs, tables and other office furniture
Thoroughly vacuum all carpeting, making sure to get into all corners, along edges and beneath furniture
Buff hard surface floors if needed
Clean and sanitize all restroom toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and trash cans (remove trash to a collection point)

Monthly Cleaning

Offices, lobby, lunchroom, conference room, restroom:

Complete all high dusting
Remove fingerprints and marks from around light switches and doorframes
Vacuum all upholstered furniture
Damp wipe telephones using a disinfectant
Clean and sanitize all restroom toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors and trash cans (remove trash to a collection point)
