First-Time Clients – Let’s Start with a Walk-Through! To make sure we understand your needs and deliver the best possible service, I kindly recommend booking a quick walk-through before your first cleaning. This helps me provide an accurate quote, discuss your priorities, and answer any questions you may have. It’s a simple, no-pressure visit — and it ensures everything goes smoothly on cleaning day!
Cancellation Policy
Walk-throughs allow us to assess the property, understand client needs, and provide an accurate cleaning estimate. Clients are encouraged to share specific concerns, priorities, or service requests during the appointment. Standard walk-throughs are complimentary within San Antonio city limits. For properties outside our standard service area, a small travel fee may apply. No deposit is required for walk-throughs; however, deposits may be required to secure the actual cleaning service after the estimate is accepted. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a walk-through appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
