When booking a service with me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed at checkout. These policies are in place to:

 

  • Protect your home

  • Protect my time and team

  • Keep pricing transparent

  • Ensure services run efficiently

 

📅 Booking & Payment

All services must be booked through the website.

Pricing is based on the service selected and the condition of the home at the time of arrival.

Payment is due as outlined at checkout.

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of service.

 

⏳ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made within the required notice period stated at booking.

Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. 

No-show or lock-out appointments may be charged in full. 

 

YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME IS RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU.

 

🐾Pet Policy

All Pets must be disclosed at booking

Pets must be secured during service 

Service may be refused if a pet presents a safety concern.

Excessive pet hair may result in additional fees due to extra labor and product usage.

 

Excessive Pet Hair Policy

Pet-friendly homes are absolutely welcome-but excessive pet hair requires additional labor and product usage beyond a standard cleaning. 

while reasonable pet hair removal is included in regular service, heavy accumulation on 

  • baseboards

  • vents

  • upholstery

  • under furniture 

  • corners and edges 

  • mops, vacuums, and equipment filters 

       can significantly increase service time

 

Why additional fees may apply:

may require specialty tools and products

requires disinfecting and de-shedding of equipment before entering the next client's home

Increases labor time

 

Add-on Services 

Add-ons (inside appliances, oven, deep detail items, etc.) must be requested and booked online

Additional requests made at arrival are subject to availability and additional fees.

 

🏡 Home Condition

Homes should be reasonably picked up prior to arrival to allow access to surfaces and floors.

Excessive buildup, biohazards, or unexpected conditions may result in price adjustments or service refusal.

 

🎉Satisfaction Policy

Final walkthroughs are conducted when applicable

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

Refunds are not guaranteed, but reasonable corrections will be addressed. 

⚖️ Liability

The service provider is not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Clients must provide safe working conditions and disclose fragile or specialty items.
